Your order will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds.
The company will make every effort to keep to delivery and shipment dates but such dates are not guaranteed or to be treated as terms of the contract and the company will not be responsible for any loss or damage which may result from late delivery.
Notification of non-delivery to be made in writing to the company within six days from the date of invoice.
Notification of the damage or shortage in transit to be made in writing to the company, with a copy to the company's carrier within two days of delivery otherwise no claim can be entertained.
In no circumstance whatsoever shall the company be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Should you need to return goods to Alexander's Machinery Ltd. (with prior agreement), please ensure that the goods are accompanied by paperwork detailing the reason for return.
Single wound films have a minimum order quantity and are non-returnable, unless faulty.
